It was a great weekend. Ritchie and I are riding an emotional high as we are close to fulfilling one of our dreams, to have a home together. On Saturday, we took my dad, Ben (My Bro) and granny to look at our lot and the show home. Too bad my mom wasn't there but she had church choir practice, lol, she's getting old!

Wow, I'd have to say buying a house has been one of the most exciting, yet nerve-racking experiences of my life. Here's a little brief history of what we did:

Ritchie & I started looking at houses in mid 2003. At first it was just for fun, but little did she know I was serious. I had started RRSP's at 21 and had planned to use them as a down payment on a house in the future. Well, the future was now. We only started seriously looking at houses late last year.

Well, this is entry number one. Ritchie doesn't know about this site yet and I'm not going to tell her till it's almost complete. I forgot how much work is involved in created a webspace. Well, time to keep on truckin..
