Today was our pre-occ walkthough. Both Ritchie and I are so excited to be getting the new place. We get the keys officially on Monday the 6th. So all we did was meet with the constuction supervison Steve, and he took us through the whole house explaining the features and showing us where all the doodads were.

But most of the time was spent on marking small deficiencies, like chips, scratches and paint touchup spots. Ritchie went nuts but hey, we are paying aver 1/2 million on this home, it better be near perfect when we get the keys!

The hardwood looks great and the kitchen looks awesome. The tile work was fixed and the water/electricity also works too. We also got all of our appliances. I took a few days off to accomodate the move, and the upcoming week will be hectic once again, as I have scheduled all sorts of drop offs, hook ups and whatnot. I'd give it about antoher week before we are fully up and going in the new place. I can't wait!
